Wet Weather disrupts Grange works - August 5th 2010

After a dry period in mid March, heavy rain at the end of the month caused all works on the Grange Estate to be halted.

Works are happening at the Grange Estate between April and late July 2010. We've added technical drawings showing what's going on.

Bailey bridge on track - August 5th 2010

Work is progressing on the construction of a new bridge across the River Ouse north of Willington.

Volunteers in action again - August 5th 2010

Six volunteers joined Darren Woodward of the Forest Team on 4 May to install a pedestrian gate at the new 5 hectare woodland site (soon to be made accessible) and two oak benches on the riverside cycle trail, close to the new Bailey bridge.
